Gene Geiger — Director Finance and Accounting

Gene brings more than 30 years of experience in global finance and emerging‑market development, having raised over a billion dollars for industrial ventures across the Americas. He specializes in structuring opportunities, mobilizing capital, and guiding early‑stage concepts into fully financed, executable projects. Gene ensures CODENLA’s clients benefit from disciplined project governance, transparent investment frameworks, and development models aligned with national and regional priorities. 

Cregg Bossard — Director Projects

 Cregg is a seasoned project leader with four decades of hands‑on experience delivering major EPC programs in mining, metals, chemicals, energy, and environmental remediation. He has managed complex projects on five continents, often in challenging climates and regulatory environments. Cregg anchors CODENLA’s technical excellence, bringing world‑class engineering, construction, and commissioning expertise to every stage of project development, from concept through start‑up. 

David Grander — Director Administration and Services

 David offers more than 40 years of global experience in project controls, planning, risk analysis, and capital project governance across mining, energy, industrial processing, and infrastructure. He has advised boards, lenders, and owner teams on project delivery strategies from North America to Central Asia and Latin America. David ensures CODENLA projects are grounded in rigorous cost, schedule, and risk discipline, enabling predictable outcomes and bankable feasibility for clients and host nations. 

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

GAC Project, a Subsidiary of Emirates Global Aluminum Corporation (EGA), Sangaredi and Kamsar, Guinea. Performed as PMC (Owner’s Team) Area Project Manager responsible for three EPC Packages and three major rail rolling stock and equipment procurements including a $280 million port surface facilities development package, a $42 million contract mining package and a $13 million diesel fuel supply BOOT contract package for the development of a greenfield bauxite mine in Sangaredi, Boké region, Guinea.


Wa'ad Al-Shamal Phosphate Project, Ma’aden Phosphate Corporation, Ras Al-Khair Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Performed as PMC (Owner’s Team) Area Project Manager for three EPC Packages at the Ras Al-Khair Industrial City (RAK) located on the Arabian (Persian) Gulf, a 1.1 Million Tonne per Year Ammonia Plant ($834 million), a Three Million Tonne per year DAP/NPK Production Plant ($599 million) and an, Infrastructure Utilities & Offsites (IU&O) Package($223 million).


Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, Copperton Concentrator Fifth Line Expansion Project Prefeasibility & Feasibility Studies, Utah. Project Director for the prefeasibility and feasibility study for an expansion of the existing concentrator, replacement of exiting rougher flotation cells. Project included the expansion/upgrading of crushing, overland conveyor system, ore storage grinding, flotation, reagent handling, and ancillary support systems.


Barrick, Pascua-Lama Project, Chile. Directed the preparation of a Project Feasibility Study Report and other financing and governmental submittals for this gold/silver/copper project located on the Argentina-Chile Border. Project included mine operations, crushing, overland conveyor system, ore storage grinding, pumping, counter-current-decantation washing, leaching, and metal recovery systems, as well as ancillary support systems. Infrastructure included utility systems, transportation, logistics and warehousing systems.


Golden Eagle, Buen Futuro Prospect, Bolivia. Project Manager during a technical data gap analysis to advise Golden Eagle on the development of the necessary work, investigations, and studies for the Buen Futuro gold and copper property required to prepare a bankable feasibility study. The scope of work included review of existing project documentation, as well as coordination of a site visit to Ascension De Guarayos, Bolivia.


Codelco, Andina Phase II Copper Concentrator, Chile. Project controls and estimating manager responsible for cost control, planning/ schedule, and estimating for several prefeasibility and feasibility studies for the Phase II expansion of the Andina site. Total value of the concentrator (process) facilities exceeded $2.5 billion of $6.1 billion program.


Anglo American, Quellaveco Copper Concentrator Project, Peru. Deputy project manager/business services manager responsible for project controls and nontechnical services for completion of a feasibility study update, transition engineering, and early site works of a $3.3 billion program.


Kazakhmys, Bozshakol and Aktogay Copper Mines, Kazakhstan. Deputy Program Director – Services responsible for study and program management for multiple Pre-Feasibility Studies for two (2) strategic copper concentrator projects valued at $1.9 billion and $2.5 billion, respectively.


Gladstone Pacific Nickel Ltd, Brisbane, Australia. Project Delivery Specialist and Consultant to board and senior executive management of an Australian development company seeking to build a $3.5 billion nickel cobalt refinery at the deepwater Port of Gladstone, in Central Queensland, Australia, treating nickel laterite ores from New Caledonia and other south-west Pacific islands.


Australian Magnesium Corporation, Brisbane, Australia. Project Controls Manager contracted by Newmont and employed on AMC's Owner Team, working with Fluor Australia and Leighton Contractors. Provided strategic leadership and project execution planning for an AU$1.8 billion entry into the emerging magnesium industry and commercialization of a new dehydration process technology in Central Queensland.


P.T. Newmont Nusa Tenggara, Sumbawa, Indonesia. Manager Project Controls hired to address significant cost, schedule, and contractual problems on a $2 billion, greenfield copper/gold mine owned by Newmont Mining and Sumitomo. Designed, implemented and managed a radically new relationship between PTNNT and Fluor in a turnaround strategy resulting in successful, “world-class” project, measured by safety, environmental, cost ($300 million under), schedule (6-weeks early) and quality.
